  • With the demand for eating healthy becoming ever more prevalent in today’s society, steam technology continues to grow in popularity. Viking Professional Combi Steam/Covect Oven is extremely versatile, essentially functioning as four ovens in one unit:

    • Steam – gently cooks foods such as vegetables, fish, seafood and poached eggs while retaining moisture, natural flavors and nutrients
    • Steam Convection – steam is combined withconvection heating, which can roast or broil foods and allow excess fats to be removed
