  Fast Company magazine includes an article entitled "The United States of Design" that examined how design is enabling many U.S. businesses to thrive.  In the article, the author names 'Thirty Companies That Get It' and recognizes Viking Range, LLC as having ICON status alongside other design strongholds in corporate America including Apple, Nike and Kohler.

  ABC World News with Diane Sawyer aired a "Made in America" series that focused on the importance of buying American-made products and the jobs that are created by doing so. As part of that series, ABC World News visited Greenwood to film a segment on Viking.
