• Interface with the CAD system to provide necessary modeling and detailing support for

DESIGN ENGINEER, REFRIGERATION - Greenwood, MS
Position Description:
The Design Engineer works as part of a platform product improvement/inception team,
focusing on product development by using engineering principles to increase the efficiency and
value of the business, while utilizing cost effective mechanisms and improving overall product
performance, reliability and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules including program plans that identify work scope, schedules, milestones, tasks, priorities, risks.
- Manage program/project issues and risks by effectively working with departments to develop parallel paths, contingencies, and risk mitigation plans to meet project deliverables per budget and schedule.
- Lead the project team by conducting regular meetings, ensuring that action logs are kept, and integrated schedules are available and up to date.

MAINTENANCE MECHANIC - Greenwood, MS
Position Description:
The Maintenance Mechanic maintains production capabilities by ensuring proper maintenance
and condition of equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities:
• Maintains proper condition of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive
maintenance while following diagrams, manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and/or engineering
specifications.
• Locates sources of problems in machinery and mechanical equipment by observing operation,
examining components, using testing instruments and tools, and/or troubleshooting
malfunctions.
• Repairs machinery and mechanical equipment by removing defective parts, properly repairing
defective parts, and/or properly installing new or repaired parts.
• Inspects parts to determine dimensional changes by using measuring instruments.
• Adjusts functional parts of machinery and mechanical equipment by using various types of
tools.
• Controls downtime by informing employees of machine/equipment malfunctions, potential

Experience and Skills Required:

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER - Greenwood, MS
Position Description:
The Manufacturing Engineer will evaluate the entire manufacturing system in a continuous
effort to improve by analyzing current processes, systems, and product designs for elimination
of waste and to recommend potential areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Improve labor utilization by auditing the current standard against the planned standard
and recommend areas for potential improvement; then update the standard to reflect this
improvement.
• Prepare work standards and operator guidelines by writing or updating policies, procedures,
and work methods.
• Gather information and make improvements throughout the manufacturing system by spending time
on the plant floor documenting current conditions and analyzing the system for
improvements.
• Assist or project-manage the implementation of new equipment on the production floor by

QUALITY MANAGER - Greenwood, MS
Position Description:
This position will work alongside the Production Manager, Director of Operations and the
Director of Engineering in driving change and improvement within the facility. Position
reports directly to the Director of Quality and serves as the quality champion to ensure the
customer is continually served.
The successful individual will be highly self-motivated, and can show past ability to direct others at a tactical and strategic level in a high volume production environment. Metal fabrication, metrology and gas appliance experience a definite plus.
Must have the full quality tool kit and can work semi-autonomously with the ability to facilitate teams and train-the-trainers on standardized work, control plans and problem solving floor tools. Highly energetic, hands-on individual to drive improvement and facilitate the learning of others when required.
Responsibilities cover the quality management system, driving continual improvement, and the reporting on the quality system performance.

RELIABILITY LAB QUALITY TECHNICIAN - Greenwood, MS
Position Description:
The Reliability Lab Quality Technician is responsible for installing, monitoring, analyzing
and repairing (if necessary) refrigeration units for 21 day testing.
Responsibilities:
• Pull refrigeration units from the assembly line after approval by the line quality
technician
• Install the refrigeration units in the reliability lab test bays
• Begin 21 day reliability test through the test computer
• Monitor each unit outputs to the test program on an hourly basis
• Document any reading that are not consistent with acceptable values
• Determine root cause of any unit that might demonstrate non-standard outputs for actual cause
of non-standard output
• Repair any unit that performs un-acceptably for given parameters
• Notify the refrigeration Quality Manger of the finding
• Facilitate the investigation into the magnitude of the un-acceptable parameter and root
cause
• Document findings of root cause investigation
• Re-test any repairs
• Evaluate color, surface finish and defects using visual and written standards
• Return all approved units to production pack out area for pack and ship
• Obey company safety rules and report safety violations
• Communicate and support manufacturing regarding quality issues
Skills Required:
• Computer skills that include Microsoft Excel, Word and Access

• Ability to read geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T) preferred
