The Design Engineer works as part of a platform product improvement/inception team,
focusing on product development by using engineering principles to increase the efficiency and

ENGINEERING INTERN - Greenwood, MS
Position Description: This position is an opportunity for an individual on a 4 year Bachelor of Engineering track (Preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, program must be an ABET accredited program). The position involves working alongside a team of platform engineers on projects related to cooking appliances. The student will learn and develop critical thinking skills and practical engineering experience through hands-on projects.
Responsibilities:
• Perform 3D CATIA design, initiate drawings, and create bill of materials
• Write engineering change requests and other support documentation
• Participate in building prototype units for UL/CSA certification testing

FOOD AND BEVERAGE DIRECTOR - Greenwood, MS
GENERAL PURPOSE:
To manage all operations of Giardina’s Restaurant and The Alluvian Hotel Food and Beverage
Program
MAIN DUTIES:
- Oversees and manages all restaurant operations
- Oversees all facility issues, maintenance, furniture and fixtures for Giardina’s and Alluvian kitchens
