Shipping and Returns
We will be closed November 28th and 29th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Orders received after 11:00 am on Wednesday will not process until December 2nd.
With a limited number of shipping days between Thanksgiving and Christmas, to ensure your package reaches its destination on time, please note our shipping schedule.
In order to receive your package for the holiday we recommend you purchase before December 13th. Orders received after that day will require added shipping to guarantee your package in time for Christmas. No orders will ship after December 20th due to the holiday.
We will close December 25th and 26th in observance of the Christmas holiday. Shipping will resume December 31st.

Standard Items Delivery
Standard Delivery items are items such as Accessories, Cookware, Cutlery and Countertop Appliances. Standard delivery items include free shipping and are shipped via UPS or USPS. Items generally will arrive in 7-10 business days. Products which must be shipped by commercial carrier will require additional freight charges.
Additional shipping charges apply with shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States, expedited shipping and oversized items. These additional shipping charges, such as taxes, custom duties and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please call for pricing.
2nd Day Air charges for shipments inside the 48 contiguous United States are determined based on the total purchase amount. Charges are listed in the table below:

A complete street address is required for delivery. Normal delivery time on in-stock items, unless otherwise noted, takes 7-10 business days. Orders which require a longer than normal delivery time will be noted by that product. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you of shipping delays over two weeks.
Sorry we cannot ship to PO Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses. Sales Tax will be calculated on your merchandise total on items shipped to Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Georgia, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, Ohio, Texas, Utah, or Washington.
We ship all packages ground unless otherwise instructed. Please call us if you would like your package shipped 2nd Day Air.
Please note: Oversized items do not include the Standard Delivery charges.
Oversized Items Delivery and Installation
Oversized Items, such as Outdoor Cooking Products, are delivered via commercial carrier. These items will be shipped via motor freight carrier and will be unloaded curbside or garage only. Please make sure that an 18-wheeler is accessible to your neighborhood. Normal delivery will be Monday - Friday.

Oversized Items Installation
Oversized items are not available for online purchase outside the 48 contiguous United States. Prices for these items do not include installation services. Please contact your local Viking service company to arrange installation. Returns and Exchanges
Viking Online Store guarantees all merchandise against defects and faulty workmanship, within our standard warranty.
Standard Items Delivery Returns
Any shipping damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by calling 1-877-834-8222 Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central. We will promptly replace the merchandise or refund your money. Either way, we will arrange for a pick up at no charge to you.
If you have issues or concerns regarding your order, please contact Viking Range, LLC ( 1-877-834-8222). For proper credit, items should be shipped prepaid and insured. Please enclose the original packing slip, and briefly explain your reason for the return. Also indicate whether you would like a replacement, exchange or credit. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges. If you do not have your packing slip, please include reason for return and send the package to the following address:
