Standard Items Delivery
Standard Delivery items are items such as Accessories. Standard delivery items include free shipping and are shipped via UPS or USPS. Items generally will arrive in 7-10 business days.
Additional shipping charges apply with shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States, expedited shipping and oversized items. These additional shipping charges, such as taxes, custom duties and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please call for pricing.
2nd Day Air charges for shipments inside the 48 contiguous United States are determined based on the total purchase amount. Charges are listed in the table below:

A complete street address is required for delivery. Normal delivery time on in-stock items, unless otherwise noted, takes 7-10 business days. Orders which require a longer than normal delivery time will be noted by that product.
Sorry we cannot ship to PO Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses. Sales Tax will be calculated on your merchandise total on items shipped to Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.
We ship all packages ground unless otherwise instructed. Please call us if you would like your package shipped 2nd Day Air.
Please note: Oversized items do not include the Standard Delivery charges.
Returns and Exchanges
Viking Online Store guarantees all merchandise against defects and faulty workmanship, within our standard warranty. Online Store purchases have a 90 Day Warranty from date of purchase.
Standard Items Delivery Returns
Any shipping damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by calling 888-845-464, option #4, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM ST. We will promptly replace the merchandise or a credit will be used to the credit card used for the original purchase. Either way, we will arrange for a pick up at no charge to you.
If you have issues or concerns regarding your order, please contact Viking Range, LLC (888-845-4641, option #4). For proper credit, items should be shipped prepaid and insured. Please enclose the original packing slip, and briefly explain your reason for the return. Also indicate whether you would like a replacement, exchange or credit. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. The item being returned must be in new condition to receive a credit or exchange. Any damaged or used products will not be accepted for credit or an exchange. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges.
