Delivery Options & Charges
Our shipping and processing charges cover the expenses we incur processing your order, packing the purchased item(s), transportation and related overhead. Items are shipped via UPS and generally arrive in 5-7 business days. Orders are shipped Tuesday – Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 pm CST on Friday will be processed the following Tuesday.
Shipping is only available in the 48 contiguous United States and not available to Canada.

2nd Day Air is available for in-stock items and orders placed by 3pm CST Tuesday – Thursday. A $20 fee will be applied to your standard shipping charge.
A complete street address is required for delivery. Once your order has shipped, the ship-to address cannot be changed.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses. Sales Tax will be calculated on your merchandise total on items shipped to Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.
We ship all packages ground unless otherwise instructed. Please call us at 662-451-6750 if you would like your package shipped 2nd Day Air.
Please note: Oversized items are not included in the Standard Delivery charges.
Returns and Exchanges
Viking Cooking School Retail Store guarantees all merchandise against defects and faulty workmanship. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. Any shipping damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by calling 662-451-6750. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. The item being returned must be in new condition to receive a credit or exchange. Any damaged or used products will not be accepted for credit or an exchange.
How to Return an Item
To begin your return process, please call 662-451-6750, email us at thevikingcookingschool@vikingrange.com or follow the return instructions included on your packing slip.
For proper credit, items should be shipped prepaid and insured. Please enclose the original packing slip and briefly explain your reason for the return. Also indicate whether you would like a replacement, exchange or credit. If you do not have your packing slip, please include reason for return and send the package to the following address:
