Learn everything you need to know about baking pies with recipes guaranteed to make any holiday celebration complete. In addition to a 9-inch Chocolate Pecan Pie, you'll make an individual Kahlúa Pumpkin Pie to take home. Nurture your friends and family this holiday season with a thoughtful and artful gift from your kitchen. Limited to 10 students.
SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Preparing perfect pie dough; rolling and cutting pie dough; repairing cracks and tears; preventing burnt edges; creating fluted and decorative crusts.
