The complex flavors of Thai cuisine literally explode in your mouth in this exciting hands-on workshop. Master tricky Thai techniques for rolling light and crisp spring rolls, cooking in banana leaves. And learn a Thai chef’s secret to perfect curry every time!

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Cooking with traditional Thai ingredients; working with rice noodles; making traditional Thai sauces; pounding, marinating and grilling chicken strips; learning an ancient method for cooking fish.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
