From the classic to the imaginative, our impressive French menu has it all. Beef Wellington is perfect for a dinner party, as it can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving. In this technique-intensive workshop, discover the secret to perfect soups, souffl¿s and mousse - then sit down to enjoy your tre chic French feast. Vive la France!

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Caramelizing onions; working with puff pastry; working with white chocolate; whipping and folding egg whites and heavy cream; making a coulis.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
