Cajun Christmas

Cajuns enjoy a relaxed way of life. Good times spent with loved ones feasting on imaginative, passionately prepared foods are the highlight of each day. Tap your toes to the lively beat of Zydeco while exploring the uniquely delicious cuisine of deep bayou country. Enjoy the warm laughter of family and friends sitting down at the holiday table for a very special Cajun Christmas dinner.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Cooking with classic Cajun ingredients; preparing a fresh pork; cooking oysters; making both savory stuffing and sweet dessert pudding from French bread; braising greens; making custard.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
