If you have a freezer full of venison, duck, and quail and don’t know what to do with it, or if you just love the versatility and complexity of flavor found in farm-raised game, this class is for you. You’ll learn all the tips and techniques you need to expertly prepare and cook game both indoors and outdoors.

Save the Wetlands - A percentage of the tuition from our Game Cookery class will be contributed to Ducks Unlimited, the not-for-profit leader in wetlands and habitat conservation. Wetlands improve the overall health of our environment and are nature’s most productive ecosystems, providing critical habitat to more than 900 wildlife species. Over half of the original wetlands in the United States have been lost, and more than 100,000 acres are lost each year. Learn to expertly prepare a variety of game dishes while helping Ducks Unlimited achieve its wildlife habitat conservation mission.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
