Cooking for Two

Learn to cook for two without creating mounds of leftovers. In this workshop, prepare fabulous recipes that make just enough for two, while learning some useful cooking tips along the way.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Cooking game hens; grilling asparagus; roasting peppers; making a vinaigrette; making and baking rustic tarts.



Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older.
