Entertaining Fall Dinner Party

A relaxed host or hostess is the key to a successful dinner party, but planning a menu for an entertaining evening with guests can prove quite intimidating. With this colorful, multi-textural menu celebrating the flavors of fall, you and your guests will enjoy fabulous food without all the fuss. Come alone, bring a friend or invite your entire supper club for a uniquely elegant dining experience.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Stovetop smoking; handling and preparing poultry safely; crusting and sautéing chicken breasts; working with chocolate; making classical custard sauce.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
