Date Night: Decadent Dinner

Sometimes you have to throw caution to the wind and indulge in a truly decadent dinner. In our exquisite date night class, learn classical cooking techniques for preparing an exceptionally elegant dinner complete with lobster, beef tenderloin, asparagus - and a souffl�. Magnificent!

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Working with lobster; making a French sauce; crusting and stuffing beef tenderloin; roasting beef and testing for doneness; preparing and cooking asparagus; making a vinaigrette; learning proper techniques for making a souffl�.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.

Pricing for date night classes are per person.
