Some examples include: blueberries, olive oil, leafy greens, tomatoes, beans, nuts and fish – all easy-to-find, delicious foods available at your local grocery store. In this exciting workshop, we’ll explore healthful cuisines from around the world and learn how to incorporate more of these superfoods into your regular diet.
