Tuscan Dinner Party

Tuscan cuisine is simplicity perfected. The literati of the early 20th century described it as "light, lean, tasty and full of character and fragrance, created for people of lively intellect..." In our workshop, you’ll enjoy white bean bruschetta as you arrive, then prepare the remainder of the memory-making menu.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Preparing a naturally thickened soup; making cheese crisps (frico); proofing, shaping and baking yeast dough; handling and preparing poultry safely; peeling, coring and baking pears; making custard.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
