Italian Dinner Party

Our bellisimo menu boasts an abundance of fresh seasonal ingredients with dishes that are ideal for a large crowd or a small gathering of loved-ones. We’ll begin class by snacking on Goat Cheese and Sun-Dried Tomato Crostini. Then, at the end of class, we’ll all sit down to enjoy our expertly prepared Italian dinner with a gorgeous glass of vino. Ciao!

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Preparing and cooking asparagus; roasting peppers; making perfect polenta; preparing and roasting leg of lamb; making Italy’s most beloved dessert.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
