Greek Feast

In Greece, food is revered and honored. Eating is done with passion. Prepare enchanting, time-honored dishes from the land of endless sunshine and hospitality. Then unwind with a glass of wine and eat Greek with zest. Opa!

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Making traditional Greek specialties; working with phyllo dough; making a vinaigrette; preparing béchamel sauce with a twist.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
