Italian Grill
Grilling and Italian food - the two hottest trends in cooking today. People can’t get enough of these rustic, simple foods prepared easily on your indoor or outdoor grill. By popular demand, we offer this exciting workshop teaching all the tips and techniques you will ever need for successful grilling - Italian-style.
SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Preparing the grill; making an entire meal on the grill; creating juicy, tender, flavorful cuts of meat with crusty grill marks; testing for doneness; creating perfectly grilled vegetables and breads.
Grilling classes may be conducted either indoors or outdoors, depending upon the weather and the individual teaching kitchen facility. All recipes are adaptable and user-friendly for indoor/outdoor cooking. Consult your local store for details.
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
