Date Night: A Dinner to Remember

Stir up some romance in the kitchen preparing a delightful dinner with your special someone. This menu promises to thrill you with deliciously decadent dishes such as crab cakes, shrimp, beef tenderloin and crème brûlée. Now that's a dinner to remember!

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Preparing a romantic meal for two; making a vinaigrette; working with crabmeat; butterflying and breading shrimp; roasting beef and testing for doneness; creating an emulsion sauce; making custard; caramelizing sugar with a blow-torch.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.

Pricing for date night classes are per person.
