Date Night: In Paris
Paris is the ultimate city of love - the love of romance, the love of art, the love of culture and above all - the love of fine food. The influence of French culinary art is seen and felt in every corner of the world. For many years, the French have set the standard for transforming food into an art form, combining romance with food to feed every passion. Learn classical techniques for reproducing your favorite dishes from the twinkling city of Paris in this special class for couples.
SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Working with puff pastry; handling and preparing poultry safely; braising chicken; making a vinaigrette; preparing perfect crêpes; flambéing a dessert.
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
Pricing for date night classes are per person.
