Elegant Dinner Party

Memorable parties have one thing in common: luscious, imaginative and provocatively presented fare. This well-planned menu celebrating the season’s bounty will please every crowd and ensure your party’s success. When we finish chopping, trussing, stuffing and baking, we’ll sit down to enjoy our own dinner party with a lovely glass of wine.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Crisping salad greens; making a classical vinaigrette; preparing and cooking lobster; searing, roasting and carving beef tenderloin; making a butter emulsion sauce; making a light, refreshing dessert.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
