Classic Tuscan Dinner Party

Experience an evening in Tuscany, the land of enchanted landscapes, medieval castles and some of the best food in Italy. Without ever leaving the country, you?ll learn to create tasty Tuscan dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Creating a bruschetta bar for casual entertaining; cooking with traditional Tuscan ingredients; preparing an iconic Tuscan dish; braising meat.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
