Backyard Entertaining
Everyone enjoys being outdoors during the lazy summer months. Make it simple to entertain neighbors, friends and family in the backyard or on the patio with this casual, easy-to-prepare menu.
SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Cooking shrimp perfectly every time; making dips and sauces; grilling vegetables; roasting potatoes; making homemade ice cream and cones.
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
