Kids Camp - Cooking for Any Occasion

Sleepovers and birthday parties at your house will be the hit of the neighborhood with a little help from your child. Enroll your child in Kids Camp, where they will learn to prepare a fun menu that is perfect for every occasion.

Day 1 – Sleepover: Homemade Island Soda Pop; Peanut Butter Popcorn; Fruit Kabobs with Crazy Dipping Sauce; Viking Edible Play Dough
Day 2 – Breakfast: Banana Smoothie; Homemade Scones; Scrambled Eggs; Pigs in a Blanket
Day 3 – Campout: Honey Mustard Chicken with Potatoes; Roasted Corn on the Cob; Campside Granola Munchies; S’mores
Day 4 – Mexican Fiesta: Queso Dip and Chips; Pico de Gallo; Cheese Quesadillas; Pancho’s Parfait
Day 5 – Italian Pasta Party: Favorite Caesar Salad; Pasta with Marinara Sauce; Rosemary Focaccia; Chocolate Gelato

Ages 7-12, 2 hours daily; Day 5 - 2½ hours with a buffet served to invited guests the last ½ hour; limit 2 guests per child.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
