Casual Cocktail Party

Simple but sublime, you?ll finesse your party with grace and ease with these exciting, nearly effortless recipes. After cooking up our charming cocktail fare, we?ll set the buffet table and have our own cocktail party.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Cooking with fresh herbs; grilling lamb and testing for doneness; cooking shrimp perfectly every time; using a mandoline; making a quick and easy pick-up dessert.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
