Learn to create traditional, yet quick-and-easy, recipes from south of the border. Bring your amigos for bueno food and fun in this festive, celebratory workshop. Viva Mexico!

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Working with dried chiles; peeling and slicing avocados; cooking shrimp perfectly every time; roasting corn and peppers; working with fresh mangoes.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
