Spring Fling Cocktail Party

Welcome spring by serving your guests a symphony for the senses. Vibrant colors, exotic flavors and varied textures make these fabulous finger foods refreshingly unique. Easy to make, even easier to eat!

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Preparing the perfect spring cocktail buffet; peeling, deveining, blanching and marinating shrimp; making perfect melon balls; cooking with lemongrass; grilling beef skewers to perfection; melting chocolate; hulling, stuffing, dipping and topping strawberries.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
