Does fish always seem to taste better when eaten at your favorite restaurant? In this fabulous fish cookery master class, learn contemporary techniques and recipes for re-creating restaurant-quality seafood dishes at home.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Smoking, slow-roasting, pan-searing, stuffing and roasting fish; making a crisp potato crust for fish; baking fish in salt (you won’t believe this technique!).

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
