Teens Camp - Cooking for Any Occasion

If your teen is looking for a fun, creative outlet, introduce them to the joy of cooking by enrolling them in our cooking camp.

DAY 1 - Breakfast: Grandma's Buttermilk Pancakes with Fresh Berry Compote; Two-Egg Omelet with Assorted Fillings; Spicy Brown Sugar Bacon
DAY 2 - Picnic Lunch: Grilled Chicken Sandwiches with Homemade Mayonnaise; Tortellini Salad with Caesar Dressing; Fudgey Brownies
DAY 3 - Weeknight Dinner: Vegetable Lasagna; Crunchy Romaine Salad; Soft Dinner Rolls; Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
DAY 4 - Bakeshop: Blueberry Scones; Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies; Strawberry Cupcakes; Pepperoni Breadsticks
DAY 5 - Party Food: Chile con Queso with Tortilla Chips; Grilled Shrimp with Classic Cocktail Sauce; Broccoli-Cheese Mini Quiches; Tomato-Basil Bruschetta

2¿ hours daily; Day 5 - 3 hours with a buffet served to invited guests the last ¿ hour; limit 2 guests per child.

Ages 12 to 15.



Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)

Consuming raw or uncooked shellfish and meats may increase your risk of food-borne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
