Would you enjoy a stress-free Thanksgiving holiday? This class will equip you with key make-ahead techniques so that you can enjoy Thanksgiving Day with the rest of your family. Discover how to brine a turkey for optimum juiciness and flavor and how to prepare gorgeous, imaginative holiday side-dishes.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
