Around The World Cookie Swap
By far our most popular class of the season, everyone loves making holiday cookies. Bake classic cookies from around the world; then decorate assorted sugar cookies with whimsical decoratifs and brightly colored icings, sprinkles, and sugar crystals. Students leave with an assortment of freshly baked cookies to share with family and friends.
SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Creaming butter and sugar; making and baking various types of cookies; working with chocolate; rolling truffles; decorating cookies.
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
