SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Identifying and selecting fresh seafood; peeling and deveining shrimp; cooking shrimp and scallops perfectly every time; cooking tender calamari; cooking clams; working with fresh crabmeat; stuffing fish; cooking fish to perfection; testing for doneness.
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
