Italian Seafood Dinner

Do you love seafood but aren’t quite confident how best to prepare it? Well, no one prepares fish and shellfish dishes better than the Italians! Learn how to select, season and cook fish and shellfish dishes - and test for doneness. Then sit down to enjoy a lavish Italian seafood feast. Delizioso!

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Identifying and selecting fresh seafood; peeling and deveining shrimp; cooking shrimp and scallops perfectly every time; cooking tender calamari; cooking clams; working with fresh crabmeat; stuffing fish; cooking fish to perfection; testing for doneness.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
