Entertaining Cocktail Party

The quintessential cocktail party is back in vogue. Learn exciting, new culinary techniques as you create sophisticated, make-ahead finger foods. Enjoy your guests, exquisite food and chic cocktails rather than fussing with last-minute party preparations.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Preparing court-bouillon; cooking shrimp perfectly every time; grilling fish; “pickling” peppers; cooking with curry; making custard for cheesecakes.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
