Girls' Night Out: At the Casbah

Considered the "Star of the Mediterranean," Moroccan cuisine blends multiple spices to subtly enhance the natural flavors of the food. Wildly popular in Europe for decades, Moroccan cuisine is just now exploding onto the culinary scene in America. So join your girlfriends to learn more about the rich complexity of flavors that characterize this mystical, exotic cuisine - and "rock the casbah!"

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Cooking with traditional Moroccan ingredients; braising for ultimate flavor and tenderness; cooking in a tagine; working with phyllo.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
