In this comprehensive workshop, develop a deeper understanding of quality ingredients while perfecting basic classical cooking techniques. SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Creating classical French dishes; mastering the art and science of the perfect soufflé; making a classical French sauce; preparing perfect crêpes; creating simple bistro dishes; stewing beef; making, kneading, proofing, shaping and baking baguettes; working with pie pastry; preparing one of the most beloved desserts of France.
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
