Vegetarian Cocktail Party
Our beautifully diverse vegetarian cocktail menu would entice even the keenest meat eater. These internationally-inspired dishes hailing from Mexico to the Mediterranean incorporate a broad spectrum of whole foods including fresh vegetables, grains, nuts and beans. And most importantly - each delicious, healthful dish is easily made ahead of time, making for relaxed, easy entertaining. As a bonus, vegan options and a complete nutritional analysis are provided for all menu items.
SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Cooking with beans; working with dried mushrooms and chiles; cooking with a unique grain; toasting nuts and spices; grilling bread; stovetop smoking; working with chocolate.
Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
