Learn to describe both the flavor profile and personality of a wine using everyday terms. Is it sweet or dry? Light, medium or full-bodied? Fruity like strawberry jam, earthy like saut¿ed mushrooms, or spicy like cinnamon and cloves? Learn all this and more!

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
