Date Night: Enchanted Evening

Prepare an amazing feast of simple but elegant dishes to create an enchanted evening of food and fun. Working with the one you love, learn chef?s tips and techniques for cooking lobster, grilling chops, and seasoning dishes for that perfect harmony of flavors.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Making a celebratory dinner; making a composed salad; cooking lobster; caramelizing bacon; working with avocados; making grapefruit supremes; making a classical vinaigrette; marinating and grilling veal chops; saut�ing mushrooms; making chocolate-covered mint leaves.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.

Pricing for date night classes are per person.
