SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Grilling strip steak and testing for doneness; creating crusty grill marks; making compound butter; preparing classic New York steakhouse side dishes; cooking fresh clams and testing for doneness; making homemade salad dressing and croutons.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.)
