French Quarter Feast

The unofficial motto for the city of New Orleans is Laissez les bon temps rouler, “Let the good times roll!” When visiting the food capital of the world, the unwritten rule is “Eat, drink, and be merry.” So tap your toes to the lively beat of zydeco while enjoying the uniquely delicious cuisine of deep bayou country. This is one feast you won’t forget!

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES: Making a roux; working with fresh seafood; cooking beans; learning how to balance flavors and season properly; making the most beloved dishes of Louisiana.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
