Thai cuisine is unquestionably among the world?s finest with its surprising blend of hot, sweet and sour flavors, all in perfect balance. For our "Best of Class" we?ve chosen to highlight two of the most fabulous finger foods of Thailand. Explosively flavorful!

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Working with traditional Thai ingredients; searing, resting and slicing beef; testing beef for doneness; marinating and grilling chicken; making an authentic Thai sauce and salad; learning to season Thai dishes and balance flavors properly.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
