Special occasions call for a special menu. Prepare deliciously decadent dishes, then sit down to enjoy your exquisite gourmet meal while enjoying a lovely glass of wine with your classmates.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Stuffing, wrapping, searing and roasting filet mignon; making a wine reduction sauce; roasting potatoes.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
