Simple but sublime, you?ll finesse your party with grace and ease with these exciting, nearly effortless recipes. At the end of class, we?ll set the buffet table and throw our own cocktail party.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Grilling and testing shrimp for doneness; making a glaze; roasting vegetables; hulling, stuffing, dipping and topping strawberries.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older.
