Tuscan cuisine is simplicity perfected - light, lean, tasty and full of character and fragrance. Soup and risotto, two of Tuscany?s most beloved dishes, are highlighted in this memory-making menu.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Preparing a naturally thickened soup; making cheese crisps (frico); working with wild dried mushrooms; preparing the perfect risotto.

Adult classes are designed for students 16 years of age or older. (Note: Students must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.) Alcohol is not served at our Anchorage location.
