Cupcakes that taste as good as they look are the hottest trend in pastry today. In our exciting workshop, learn how to make, bake and decorate deliciously decadent cupcakes just like a pastry chef. Perfect for gifting - or for eating yourself!

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Making and baking tender cupcakes; testing baked goods for doneness; preparing cream cheese buttercream icing; making chocolate ganache; working with marzipan; decorating with rolled fondant; using a pastry bag; piping icing.

Ages 12 to 15.
