Kids' Steakhouse

With a little bit of help and some heavy duty oven mitts, kids learn all about grilling steaks to the desired degree of doneness complete with super cool cross-hatch grill marks. Additionally, students make a versatile compound butter, work with chocolate, and discover the secrets to perfect, creamy mashed potatoes. At the end of class, kids enjoy their decadent steakhouse feast.

Ages 7 to 12.
