But the key component to the island way of life is the exotically enjoyable Caribbean cuisine. So cast all your troubles away, and join us for a Bahamian-style feast complete with colorful cocktails topped with tiny umbrellas.

SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES Peeling and deveining shrimp; preparing the grill; grilling shrimp and testing for doneness; caramelizing pineapple; rolling, stuffing and shaping meat pies; working with chocolate.
